Junior Sales Development Representative / Pre-Sales
Remote in Poland
As a Sales Development Representative you’ll be responsible for selling the company’s products by identifying leads, gathering customer needs and expanding our network. By joining Appsilon you have the chance to work in an organization that allows you to continually grow and learn from more experienced people. You will be working directly with company management and supporting their sales activities.
The role of a SDR revolves around lead generation, not closing deals. You’ll assist in qualifying leads that generate a certain amount of business, allowing account executives to focus more on closing deals.
If you have had your first experience in a similar position, you want to develop in a technology company, you are an energetic, accurate and fast person and you communicate fluently in English – this is the right place for you!
Evaluation of leads:
Qualification of leads
Researching information about companies and people, Registering leads with our partners
Making sure we respond to every inbound within 10 hours (ideally within 1 hour)
E-mail communication: Setting up discovery calls for yourself and other team members, following up, lost deals campaigns
Phone communication: Making great first impression, setting up calls, following up
Maintaining the CRM and supporting the team:
Keeping CRM up to date and clean
Preparing slides for sales calls
Scheduling meetings with the team
Outbound & Supporting Data 4 Good:
Outbound to potential prospects
Searching and qualifying potential D4G partners
Carrying out market research and building target lists of desired partners

Follow up calls and emails
Research leads for personalization
Generate qualified opportunities that progress through the sales funnel
Work closely with marketing to ensure that a seamless transition from marketing to sales for the prospect

What we expect

Proficient English (min. C1). Very good written communication
1 – 3 years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role for a technology company
Comfortable with videoconferencing and remote conversation setup
Digital native: has a good profiles on LinkedIn, other social media (bonus for tech platforms like StackOverflow, Github etc)
