Marketing Assistant
We are currently looking for a Marketing Assistant who will Help Growth and Operations teams with one-off tasks, managing our Social Media profiles, and helping to coordinate Appsilon’s conferences and webinars.
The Marketing Assistant will initially report to the Head of Growth. Eventually, they will report to the Community Manager (but this is also the role that we are now about to recruit for).
The ideal candidate for us is intelligent, full of creative ideas, energetic and with a “can-do” attitude. Ideally with a background in marketing or social media.
But we are also open to candidates who don’t have commercial experience, then extracurricular activities during university, successful social media accounts, and internships will be important for us to look at. If you are ambitious and excited to learn and try new things, you are probably on a good job description. Read more bellow and think if you would like to help us grow our team.
You are a great match for this role if you:
  • speak English on C1 or higher level (Polish language skills are not required)
  • have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Writing, or a technical field
  • know how to write tweets and LinkedIn posts without making grammatical mistakes
  • have excellent communication skills
  • have a friendly, outgoing personality
  • positiv and creative are the words that describe you perfectly
  • have 1-3 years of experience in marketing or social media (alternatively, firsthand experience with social media and communication during university)
  • willing to learn technical concepts


You will be responsible for:


  • Social Media: Responsible for maintaining and executing a social sharing calendar on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social channels.
  • Monitoring Social Mentions and Comments: You will monitor social mentions of “Appsilon” and engage where applicable. You will respond to comments and messages on our blog or external articles within 1 business day.
  • Employer Branding: Help Operations and Growth teams with Employer Branding initiatives – including blog posts, events, and social media posts.
  • Event Coordination: Assist our Community Manager with organizing conferences, webinars, and virtual events.
  • Blog: Work with our tech team to update and proofread Appsilon’s legacy content.
